• Set stream quality to "Auto" for adaptive bitrate streaming

• Channels not loading: Check your internet connection. A minimum of 10 Mbps is recommended for HD streaming, 25 Mbps for 4K.
• Buffering issues: Increase the buffer size in IBO Player settings. Try switching between hardware and software decoding.
• EPG not showing: Go to Settings and click "Refresh EPG." Allow a few minutes for the guide data to load.
• Audio but no video: Switch the video decoder between hardware and software mode in the player settings.
